Donner DED-80 Kit de Bateria Eletrónica para Iniciantes

My son ordered this and absolutely loves it.. It is super neat in the house and he said the quality is brilliant

Its OK for learning but the kick pedal has been with dynamic pad too !

Drums (DED-80) sound good they were easy to set up. Downside on the manual is the limited information about the module (just set up, and what ports are on it) it would have been nice to have a list about what drum sounds etc are on it. altough quite self explanetary it would be nice to have a bit more information about the functions. Headset sounds ok but as it is on ear not very pleasant after having them on for a short time, they dont feel very sturdy.

Nice product

First we need to put this item in context. It's a small and inexpensive set, but within that category it kicks ass. I have been drumming for many years and have owned several sets. I sold my set last year but had the itch to play again, so I bought the DED-80 to fool around on. It exceeded my expectations. The set came very well packaged. The components are sturdy and well engineered. Set up took awhile, about 45 minutes, but it was very straight forward. Here are the pros and cons in my experience. PRO - Sturdy stand, the drumheads have good bounce and a good feel, the controller is easy to use and the unit sounds great through an amp. CONS: Its small, and my knee gets in the way of playing the snare, the hi hat is either fully open or closed (as expected), the cymbals could be louder. Thats not too bad, and all of those complaints can be fixed by upgrading to a better set. Good job Donner, Im very happy.

Great set for a 7yr, 11yr or even young teen! We have a house full of happy boys and a mom that appreciates the headphones!

First electric drum set I’ve had. I bought it for rehearsal, and it is great it’s perfect size, easy to set up , well worth every penny I spent on it!!!

It's a beginner set, you can't expect too much, but for its price, it really works well! Its MIDI support, although I had to buy a cable for it, also works very well, and I can hook it up to my computer to create a ton of music!

Donner Kit Comparison: I've been able to demo both of these e-kits! The Donner DED-80 and DED-200 are both affordable electronic drum kits that provide a variety of useful options and are fun to play! I am impressed at the number of features Donner has included in their line of electronic drumsets. How do you decide which electronic kit is best for you? The DED-80 is a smaller kit with some nice starting features. It includes a snare drum pad, 3 tom pads, a crash cymbal, ride cymbal, and hi-hat pads, and kick and hi-hat trigger pedals. The DED-80 also has a built-in metronome and a variety of drum sounds. The smaller size makes it a great fit for even the youngest drummers! The DED-200 is slightly larger and includes even more features. It has a snare drum pad (with rim trigger), 3 toms, two crash cymbals, a crash/ride cymbal, and hi-hat pad. The upgraded cymbal angle adjustments help with custom cymbal positioning. This kit includes an actual kick pedal and both pedals provide a more realistic and accurate feel (great upgrade from the DED-80). It also has a built-in metronome, a variety of drum sounds, and a number of other features. Both kits make practicing fun and include a number of useful practice and performance tools. Ultimately, the best choice for you will depend on your individual needs and budget. If you are looking for a beginner kit that is smaller in size and affordable but still has mesh pads, the DED-80 is a good option. If you are looking for a slightly larger kit with more upgrades and better pedal feel and accuracy, the DED-200 is a better choice. Impressively, both are easy to set up and everything you need to start playing is included in the box. Check out @donnermusic_official for more information about these and other kits by Donner.

The included drum sticks are decent, but I would have preferred to have the option to choose my own size and weight

Pretty easy to set up. Great for beginners.

I gave this drum set to my son for his birthday, and he absolutely loves it!

The folding and portable design of this drum set is such a game-changer. I love being able to take it anywhere I go and practice on the go.

The hi-hat pedal is lightweight and comfortable, yet still produces great sound. I highly recommend this drum set!

This was my daughter Christmas gift this year, she was so happy.

I purchased this drum set for my son. The 40 Melodics lessons included are a great addition. Good, love it

I was hesitant to purchase an electronic drum set, but I'm so glad I did. It's durable, reliable, and produces incredible sound.

I was looking for a durable drum set that I could use for practice at home, and this one exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is amazing, and it's so easy to use.

I love how portable and easy to use this drum set is. It's perfect for home practice or taking to outdoor gigs.

The sound quality on this drum set is top-notch. I can't believe how many different sounds and styles are included.

As a beginner drummer, I wasn't sure what to expect from an electronic drum set, but the Donner DED-80 has made me a believer. The training and recording functions have already helped me improve my skills

I absolutely love this electronic drum set! It has everything I need to improve my drumming skills, and the pedals are so comfortable to use

It was for my son and he loved it, for us very easy to put it together.

My grandson loves it!!

my 5 year old twins love the drums

Originally purchased for my 12 year old, but my 8 and 5 year old also play them all the time! Sound great, very sturdy, and easy to assemble!

No expert, buy this for my 12 years old son , to practices is ok but, volumen is low , have to connect to my amp to hear better, probably the headset are bad quality...over all ... to practices, not for a band that is clear

I love that it comes with everything you need (except speakers). But I love that you can hook up speakers if you wanted. We got it for our son’s 6th birthday and he absolutely loves it. His favorite part is recording the songs and sounds and listening to them after.

This drum set is fantastic. My doughtwr loves it. She did reaearch before asking for this set and she was correct, it is great. The ability to hook up an amo so we can listen to her play is very cool, but so is the earphones for when we don't want to hear her play...lol. It was very easy to put together and everything cam in great condition and securley packaged. Sounds great adn comes with everything you need to start playing right away. I will say that I am not fond of the stool it comes with. Doesn't feel secure and I plan to buy a better one, but all in all, fantastic deal.

Donner DED-300 is a solid and fully-featured electronic drum set at an entry-level price. It is surprising that there's almost no video reviews of this set, as it is a fantastic deal as of early 2022. It plays well, the built-in sounds are fine for practice (though not as good as in dedicated drum software). This set is easy to record on PC via MIDI, it has lots of adjustments and way more features than most other drums in this price range (and above it). If you'd like to buy Roland e-drums with similar specs you could easily spend over $1500++. The mesh bass/kick drum pad works well with double-kick pedals, you can play blast beats etc. (just make sure to adjust the settings in the module to your liking). Sensitivity range is wide. Toms, snare and cymbals are all dual zone (except the hi-hat), which is important, and of a good size. You can program each zone to an individual sound (I mapped the toms hoops triggers to an extra tom, china and ride bell) - so all dual zone pads have added value. The hoops on snare and toms are of a perfect height, they don't get in the way. All cymbals are chokeable (you have to firmly squeeze their silicon front edge for that). The hi-hat has 3 positions (controllable though pedal) - open, half-open, closed (though half-open has a very small range were the pedal triggers it, so you have to get used to that). The module sounds decent for practice and has lots of settings. The mesh tension on toms and snare is adjustable by rotating the hoop. For a drummer with a regular acoustic drums background, the playing dynamics with mesh heads are similar to real drums. The silicone cymbal pads don't feel the same as real metal cymbals of course, but that is to be expected, and they play just fine dynamics wise. The DED-300 works well for recording MIDI drums on PC to use with DAW and drum software - basically, plug and play (but depending on your PC hardware you might have some latency - that's the PC issue, not the e-drums kit itself), no ghost note tails. The module has definitely enough volume output to headphones (some other e-drums lack in that, according to reviews). The rack is adjustable, is high enough for tall people and is sturdy enough to hold the kit in place (including the snare). The rack bars are metal, but the joints/connectors are plastic, though they do work. Longevity wise it is yet to be seen as I had this kit for only about a month so far. The drum module has two extra inputs for expansion (you can add one extra cymbal and one extra tom, dual zone, though you could probably plug any compatible pad and map it to the sound you want). I bought and added an extra cymbal from Donner, so that works. The manual is fine, but could be more informative. There were no issues when assembling the kit (it might take 30 to 60 minutes). The module menus are also more or less self-explanatory, though more detailed manual on that would be helpful. The only issue I had so far is that I couldn't get the reverb effect to work even though I switched it on in the module - but that is not a deal breaker. This kit also looks good, I like the light-gray mesh pads. Tip 1: better use the drum sticks with nylon heads as they don't leave any marks on the pads surface, unlike the wooden ones. Tip 2: a common question - how loud it this e-kit acoustically? The answer is it is not loud (the mesh pads are relatively quiet, the silicone cymbal pads are more noisy - they sound more like as you would be hitting a tire or a practice rubber pad or a book, but still way way less noisy compared to regular acoustic drums). You would have to figure out a way to dampen/absorb the vibrations from hits (especially from the kick drum and pedals). You can find lots of videos on YouTube on how to build a DIY drum noise/vibration isolation platform using tennis balls, wood panels etc. If you live in a house this kit is fine as is, but for an apartment you need to have vibration isolation. Otherwise your neighbors will feel your playing through walls (playing at night is a no-no anyways). So the e-drum kit would work in an apartment if you play it in the daytime and isolate the vibration (and if you are lucky with your neighbors). Tip 3: as it is an electronic product made with plastic, nylon and silicone - don't place it near the heater, high humidity or in a direct sunlight (UV). Overall, the DED-300 is a surprisingly great kit, especially considering the price (under $500 in early 2022). It would work well both for budget-conscious pros and for beginners. Highly recommended.

We liked it, especially my 6year old drummer boy. Unfortunately we can't get it to make sound yet. Speaker was purched separately. I will write another review when we get it to work.

I know it’s been a few weeks but it was a gift for my grandson. He just received it on 3/26. He just got it set up so I can’t really tell you much about how he feels about it. I will say so far he loves it.
